General Meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of January, March, May, June, September, and November, at 7:30 PM.

Members are asked to sign the Meeting Attendance Sheets, presenting their Membership Card to the Sergeant-at-Arms.

Annual Executive Committee elections are held each November, during the Annual General Meeting.  The new Executive Committee members are then installed at the end of the Annual Meeting.
